TERMS OF SERVICE

By accepting a transaction with me, you automatically agree that you have read and agreed to my terms of service. failure to oblige will result in the cancellation of your order, and being blacklisted.
You may use my art for commercial use with a fee. I charge commercial fee if my art is intended to be used for promotional material (in a schedule, thumbnail, stream). I do not charge commercial use for just posting on social media as-is.
I am free to refuse any transaction/commission for any reason.
When uploading my artwork, please always credit me as the artist via link to my twitter, deviantart, or toyhouse.
I am a slow artist and a full-time student. Depending on various circumstances, I may take upwards of a month to finish your commission. If you have a date you need the piece finished by, please tell me.
Unless I give my permission, do not edit my artworks in any way (cropping ok).
I retain the rights to my art, and may use my artwork as a sample or in a portfolio in the future.
You may not input art commissioned from me into AI or sell it as an NFT.
Please download the image from the sta.sh file I give you, I may reorganize my sta.sh every now and then, so please keep track of your commission once I give you the link!

WORK PROCESS

Communication - I receive the commission request, and either accept it or don't.
Payment - If I accept, I'll send the invoice. I won't start drawing until I receive the payment.
Drawing - I will automatically notify you for when I'm starting on your piece. I will send you the sketch for approval, once I have started line art & color stages no major edits can be made.
Finished - Once I've confirmed you're happy with your piece, I'll send you the finished piece in a sta.sh link. Please download the piece, since I may reorder my sta.sh in the future, and the link will be out of use.

Please provide at least one clear image reference if you are ordering a commission of an original character. I do not work off descriptions.
If ordering a custom/redesign, please provide a board of images for me to work off of. A short blurb on what kind of clothing you are looking for is also appreciated (fantasy, formal, modern, etc.)
All prices shown in the menu are the base price, I may charge extra for more complicated designs and/or props.

Payments are to be made in full before I start on the piece. Payments can be handled via Paypal.
I will not start on a commission until I receive the payment in full.
If a payment is not received within 24 hours, the order will be cancelled!
I do not take refunds on finished pieces. Commissioners will be notified once I start on their piece. If you would like a refund or a major change on your piece, please contact me before I start.
